For the initial six years of her professional journey, Sin was employed as a Design Architect at PRP Architects in London, UK. During this period, she focused on masterplanning and engaged in the development of mixed-use residential projects. Seeking further growth in her career, she then transitioned to Dyer Associates, UK, where she specialised in handling educational ventures, particularly state-funded Higher Education colleges and schools.
Notably, Sin played a pivotal role as one of the key project architects for Countryside Properties UK, an esteemed and award-winning developer renowned for its expertise in sustainable communities and township development. In 2011, she decided to return to Malaysia, initially working as a freelance architect before establishing her own practice, Arch Cubica, in 2012. In 2013, she teamed up with Kenny and co-founded A3 PROJECTS Sdn. Bhd., a venture they continue to manage together.
